Most frequent questions and answers

You need to use the above registration link to enroll for the program. Post registration, we will reach out to you with venue details. You need to attend the training with one of our training partners and clear the assessment & assignment to become an ATES.

Amazon need some documents like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account Number. Just to proper identification of candidates.

Currently it is a 16 hours training. This is covered in 2 days through a classroom training with one of our offline training partners. You also have the option to learn it yourself through online training partners.

There is no entry barrier for you to become an ATES. ButyYou age have to 18+ However you would need a basic level of proficiency using computer applications such as Microsoft office and internet.

For launching new sellers you would need to generate your own leads.
For supporting an existing seller, Amazon will give you seller leads as and when available.

For all sellers launched on in a month, you will be paid by the 15th of next month.
For servicing existing sellers you can set your own terms, which are agreeable to both you and seller. Amazon will not be a part of this terms and conditions

For launching new sellers, you will be paid by Amazon and you should not ask the seller to pay you. However, for helping existing sellers you will charge the sellers based on a rate card that will be shared with you.
